Responsibilities:

– Plans, directs, and oversees most warehouse/operational functions
– Developing leaders out of hourly associates
– Monitor KPI metrics and analyze operational variables and implement solutions that positively impact performance
– Ensures on-time delivery of products and services
– Ensures warehouse operations meet or exceed safety and regulatory standards

Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience in the logistics field (3+ years)
– Exceptional communication skills
– Strong financial acumen for planning and scheduling
-Conveyable experience and packing is a plus
– Confident decision maker that has a go-getter mentality
