• Lead daily receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, or shipping operations
• Set production goals and align staffing with the day’s priorities
• Coach associates, address performance issues, and develop talent
• Use WMS and productivity reports to improve safety, quality, and output

What you bring

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution operations
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Accountability for team performance and safety
• WMS and automated distribution experience are a plus
