Title: Transportation Supervisor
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Salary: Competitive Base + Bonus
Shift: 4 Day Workweek (Wednesday-Saturday)
We’re working with a well-known and respected 3PL distributor in the US in search of a high caliber Transportation Supervisor in the Minneapolis region. Top candidates will have experience in high-volume food, beverage, or grocery distribution.
This individual will be responsible for leading a team of 20-25 company drivers. Our client provides an excellent culture and opportunity for personal growth and upward mobility.
Must Haves:
– Understand all aspects of warehouse and transportation management
– Proven ability in leading a high-performing workforce
– Meeting and exceeding company departmental standards and metrics
– Coaching and developing of drivers, admin and other supervisors
– Ability to be collaborative and agile
Skills/Abilities:
– Knowledge of transportation management systems
– Strong analytical and budgetary skills
