Salary: $135,000 base salary range, vehicle allowance, gas reimbursement & bonus

We are in search of a high caliber Sr. PM to lead complex projects locally as well as train and mentor young up and coming Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers. This position is with a mid-sized, self-performing, blue-collar GC with a stellar reputation.

They have strong relationships in multiple sectors of the industry and a full pipeline, giving them the ability to keep their people in their own bed every night!

Must haves:

– At least 10 years experience in commercial construction
– Experience running new construction projects in any sector
– Willingness to train & mentor
– Servant leader mentality

Nice to have:

– Self performing experience is a plus!
– K-12, Warehousing, Higher-ed project background
