What You’ll Do
- Oversee the quality team and quality processes
- Further develop QC systems
- Conduct audits to identify and correct deficiencies
- Proactively provide feedback to product development to prevent and reduce quality-related costs in manufacturing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of experience
- ASQ Quality Certificate preferred
- Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
