We’re looking for an IT Program Manager who can bring it all together—leading major technology initiatives, developing project managers, and helping shape how projects are delivered across a growing organization.

Your Mission

• Lead large-scale IT programs, ERP implementations & system upgrades
• Manage and mentor project managers responsible for execution
• Partner with executives to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources
• Build and strengthen PMO processes, reporting & project standards
• Oversee budgets, timelines, risks, and overall program performance
• Keep IT, manufacturing, finance & supply chain teams aligned

What Gets Our Attention

• Strong IT program management and enterprise technology project leadership
• Experience overseeing ERP implementations or large-scale system rollouts
• Proven ability to lead project managers and multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Knowledge of PMO development, project governance & resource planning
• Confidence working directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
