We are hiring an Outbound Operations Leader for a growing retailer’s distribution operation in the Atlanta area. This is a leadership role for someone who develops strong supervisors, builds the next generation of leaders, and keeps shipping safe, accurate, and productive.

What you’ll own

• Lead outbound operations — safety, accuracy, and productivity
• Develop and coach supervisors, building a pipeline of future leaders
• Own budgets, hiring, and team performance
• Drive improvements that make daily work run better

What you bring

• 7+ years in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations
• A degree or equivalent relevant background
• Lean experience is a plus
• Open to relocation and flexible across shifts
