Title: General Superintendent
Location: Local to Indianapolis (no travel)
Salary: $140-$150 base salary, vehicle allowance, gas reimbursement & bonus
We are in search of a high caliber Superintendent with at least 10 years as a Lead who is ready to take the next step in their career as a General Super! This person will act as the lead Superintendent on a key, multi-year project as well as oversee/train/mentor other field staff on various projects.
They have strong relationships in multiple sectors of the industry and a full pipeline, giving them the ability to keep their people in their own bed every night!
Must haves:
– At least 10 years experience in commercial construction
– Experience running ground-up new construction projects in any sector
– Willingness to train & mentor
– Servant leader mentality
Nice to have:
– Self performing experience is a plus!
– K-12, Warehousing, Higher-ed project background
