We’re looking for an Outbound Operations Leader to take ownership of a fast-paced distribution operation while developing the supervisors and future leaders behind its success.
Your Impact
- Lead outbound shipping performance across safety, accuracy, and productivity
- Coach and develop supervisors into stronger leaders
- Own staffing, hiring, budgets, and team performance
- Identify process improvements that make the operation run smarter
- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- 7+ years in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations
- Proven leadership of teams and frontline supervisors
- Degree or equivalent relevant background
- Lean / continuous improvement knowledge is a plus
- Open to relocation and flexible across shifts
