Construction Superintendent – Grocery & Retail Projects Texas (Travel Throughout Texas Required) If you’re a Superintendent who enjoys seeing projects through from the ground up—and you’d prefer working in Texas – this opportunity is worth a look. Join a growing commercial General Contractor building and renovating stores for some of the hottest grocery and retail brands in the industry. You’ll lead projects from start to finish while working with a company that’s continuing to expand across Texas. What You’ll Do Lead commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and daily field operations Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards Conduct site inspections and manage change orders Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams Mentor field personnel and promote a culture of safety and accountability What You Bring 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a Commercial General Contractor Grocery, retail, or big-box construction experience preferred Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel throughout Texas and work nights or weekends when project schedules require Why This Opportunity?
