Senior Construction Leader / Owner’s Rep Project Manager

Ohio | Cincinnati – Dayton – Columbus Corridor

Up to $200K + Car Allowance

We’re looking for a senior construction leader ready to take ownership of a major multi-year capital program spanning ground-up development, new residential construction, and complex occupied renovations.

This is an Owner’s Rep leadership role with direct executive visibility, a growing project management team, and authority from early design through final turnover.

What You’ll Own

• Lead a $300M+ capital construction program across six active campuses
• Manage and develop a growing team of Project Managers
• Oversee design, budgets, schedules, buyout, construction, and closeout
• Lead relationships with executives, architects, contractors, and operations teams
• Drive multiple ground-up and renovation projects simultaneously

What We’re Looking For

• Senior PM, Project Executive, or Owner’s Rep leadership
• Ground-up + renovation work across multifamily, senior living, healthcare, or institutional construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to lead both people and projects
• Based within reach of the Cincinnati – Dayton – Columbus corridor

This is not a Superintendent-only opportunity. We need someone who has owned projects at the PM/Project Executive level and is ready to lead an entire program.
