We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take ownership of day-to-day AP activity.
What You’ll Do
- Process component and indirect invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match invoices against electronic purchase orders
- Support transactions across multiple currencies
- Research and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Help ensure AP records and payments remain accurate and on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Accounts payable or related accounting experience
- Experience working with purchase orders and invoice matching
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities
- Manufacturing AP experience is a plus
