We’re searching for a Footwear Buyer who knows how to spot the next bestseller, negotiate a great deal, and turn the right product assortment into serious sales.

This isn’t just about selecting shoes and boots. It’s an opportunity to own a high-volume footwear category, influence buying strategy, and make decisions that directly impact the bottom line.

What You’ll Own

• Drive footwear buying, assortment planning & pricing strategies
• Build strong vendor partnerships and negotiate competitive deals
• Grow sales and profitability across retail stores & e-commerce
• Analyze trends, inventory performance & customer demand
• Lead and develop merchandising team members
• Explore opportunities in private-label and exclusive assortments

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• 6+ years of progressive retail buying experience
• 2+ years leading merchandising teams
• Strong understanding of retail financials, margins & inventory planning
• Proven vendor negotiation and product selection skills
• Footwear buying knowledge preferred; western and work footwear familiarity is a plus
