Account Manager – Fluid Power | Louisville, KY (Remote)

💰 Compensation: Starting at $70,000 + monthly commissions + annual bonus opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager – Fluid Power to join a well-established fluid power distributor specializing in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control systems. This position focuses on managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, providing technical solutions, and expanding market share throughout the Louisville/Lexington, KY territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
• Promote hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control products, systems, and services
• Provide technical guidance and recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Generate quotes and follow up on assigned leads
• Coordinate customer projects with engineering and service teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key suppliers

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Kentucky
• 2+ years of fluid power and technical experience required
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or electronic control systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics
• Bachelor’s degree or 2-year technical degree preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
