Senior Inventory Planner | Supply Chain

📍 Remote – Must reside in Arkansas

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Inventory Planner with a strong background in retail replenishment and inventory management. This remote opportunity offers the chance to make a direct impact on forecasting, inventory performance, and supply chain efficiency while collaborating with industry-leading retail partners.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize demand forecasts, inventory plans, and replenishment strategies
• Analyze retail sales and inventory data through retailer replenishment portals
• Partner with retail replenishment teams to improve in-stock performance and inventory turns
• Leverage advanced Excel tools to track forecasts, identify trends, and improve inventory efficiency
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
• Monitor key performance metrics, including OTIF, fill rates, and forecast accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of inventory planning experience, including 2+ years managing a major retail account or as a supplier to major retail accounts
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and data modeling
• Strong background in demand forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization
• Proficiency with retailer replenishment and supplier portals
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
