• Lead and develop operations managers, supervisors & frontline teams
• Improve productivity, labor efficiency & operational performance
• Drive continuous improvement, SOP development & process optimization
• Use WMS data and KPIs to make smarter business decisions
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and implement operational changes
• Strengthen workforce planning, accountability & leadership development

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership in distribution center, retail DC, or e-commerce operations
• Success developing leaders and managing large teams
• Strong analytical, process improvement & change management skills
• WMS knowledge and a results-driven leadership style
• Ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategy
