If you know the produce market, understand how to negotiate a great buy, and enjoy building relationships with growers and suppliers, this could be your next move!

We’re looking for a Produce Buyer who can spot market opportunities, make strategic purchasing decisions, and keep quality products moving at competitive prices.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Build strong relationships with growers, shippers & produce suppliers
• Negotiate competitive pricing while maintaining product quality
• Monitor market trends and identify profitable buying opportunities
• Manage pricing, margins, inventory levels & product availability
• Partner with quality control and merchandising teams
• Use data and market insights to make smarter purchasing decisions

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of produce buying or related purchasing experience
• Knowledge of fresh produce markets, pricing & supplier relationships
• Strong negotiation, analytical & communication skills
• Ability to balance product quality, inventory movement & profitability
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
