Location: Green Bay, WI

Help improve how products are built by optimizing manufacturing processes, launching equipment, solving production challenges, and bringing new product ideas into repeatable processes.

What you will work on

• Improve manufacturing processes for safety, quality, cost, and productivity
• Design and develop tooling, fixtures, and equipment improvements
• Help select, install, and launch new manufacturing equipment
• Support new product introductions from manufacturability through production startup
• Troubleshoot equipment and solve problems with production teams
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles

What you bring

• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, material handling, and industrial engineering
• CAD knowledge; Creo familiarity is valuable
• Comfort collaborating across engineering, production, and plant teams
