Location: Southwestern Pennsylvania area

Provide broad technical leadership across process and automation engineering, environmental health and safety, facilities, utilities, capital projects, and manufacturing performance.

What you will lead

• Guide technical operations across engineering, EH&S, facilities, and utilities
• Improve throughput, yield, process stability, equipment utilization, reliability, and manufacturing performance
• Partner with Operations and Maintenance to reduce chronic equipment and process losses
• Lead capital projects and facility expansion from scoping and budgeting through installation, commissioning, and startup
• Oversee facilities, utilities, shutdown planning, contractors, infrastructure, schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Strengthen safety programs, including lockout/tagout, confined space, contractor safety, and commissioning
• Build technical capability through engineering standards, documentation, training, and skills development

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of progressive engineering or technical operations experience
• 5+ years leading capital projects, expansions, installations, and commissioning
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical or engineering teams
• Knowledge of Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley/Rockwell automation
• Food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated manufacturing experience preferred
