Location: Mid-Atlantic region

Join an expanding food and beverage manufacturing operation, with meaningful influence over process design, optimization, equipment performance, and future manufacturing capabilities.

What you will do

• Lead the design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of manufacturing equipment
• Drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis around equipment capability, efficiency, utilization, downtime, and recurring production losses
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, process scale-ups, validation, and commissioning
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process specifications, CAPAs, change controls, preventive maintenance strategies, and regulatory documentation
• Partner with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5+ years of process, chemical, or mechanical engineering experience
• Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or other high-speed manufacturing
• Knowledge of Siemens and/or Rockwell controls

This is a highly automated, growing operation with facility expansion underway and a developing Process, Controls, and Automation Engineering team. Relocation assistance is available.
