Tool & Die Technician

Our client is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Technician to support high-volume manufacturing operations through tooling maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair, modify, and maintain steel tooling and dies
- Operate manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders
- Troubleshoot tooling and production issues
- Read blueprints and verify tooling accuracy
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Tool & Die experience required
- Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (1st shift).
