When the WMS is right, the entire distribution center runs better.

This role connects warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and systems support. The WMS Supervisor understands the work on the floor and uses the systems behind it to keep product moving accurately and efficiently.

Where you’ll take ownership

• Lead and support WMS and cycle-count personnel
• Monitor WMS activity and troubleshoot system-related issues
• Protect inventory accuracy by identifying and resolving process gaps
• Configure pick zones, replenishment strategies, and location setups
• Support RF equipment, PCs, and other distribution-center technology
• Partner with teams across receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards

What gets our attention

• Two or more years working in a WMS environment
• Strong cycle-counting and inventory-control knowledge
• Understanding of warehouse processes from receiving through shipping
• Ability to investigate system issues and find practical solutions
• Familiarity with RedPrairie, Catalyst, Kronos, or Vocollect is a plus
• Flexibility to support an evening shift and other shifts when needed

This hands-on role is for someone who understands how systems, inventory, and warehouse operations connect and wants to keep them aligned.
