Pay: $75,000 per year

Location: Southern Indiana (Huntingburg / Vincennes region)

A hands-on Continuous Improvement Technician drives efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity improvements through data, process analysis, and frontline engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous-improvement initiatives
• Conduct process observations, time studies, and workflow analyses
• Facilitate root-cause analysis, including 5 Whys and Fishbone
• Assist with Kaizen events and improvement projects
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions
• Track and report key performance indicators
• Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams
• Train employees on processes and continuous-improvement tools

Qualifications and experience

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and value-stream mapping
• Data analysis and reporting skills; Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or operations preferred
• Three or more years in production or manufacturing with demonstrated improvement project delivery
• Experience with process design, validation, line balancing, and equipment capability; CAD or CMMS is a plus
