Where you’ll make an impact

• Lead frontline associates in inbound or outbound warehouse operations
• Match staffing and daily priorities to production goals
• Build team capability through training, feedback, and accountability
• Use WMS reports to identify problems and improve performance
• Keep safety and quality central to how the work gets done

What you bring

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution supervisory experience
• The ability to set clear expectations and follow through
• Strong communication and practical problem-solving skills
• WMS and automated distribution experience preferred
