This is a highly visible leadership role with significant responsibility and a clear path toward advancement into the top leadership position within a distribution center.

About the Operation

• 700K+ sq. ft. distribution facility
• 24/7 operation with significant volume and complexity
• 150-250 associates and 20+ frontline supervisors
• Union environment with a strong labor relationship
• Partnership and collaboration with third-party logistics providers
• Leadership across inbound, outbound, inventory, EHS, and facilities

Ideal Background

• Leadership experience within a large-scale distribution center
• High-volume operations experience
• Proven ability to develop managers and frontline leaders
• Strong employee engagement and floor presence
• Comfortable holding teams accountable and navigating conflict
• Experience operating in a union environment is a plus
• High-energy, positive leadership style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Career-driven leader interested in eventually becoming the #1 leader of a distribution facility
