Position Title: Senior District Manager – Youthful Women’s Apparel Location: Field-Based (Regional) Travel Required: ~80% (4 days/week in the field) About the Role We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Senior District Manager to lead, inspire, and elevate our retail store teams across the region. In this role, you will be the driving force behind revenue generation, operational excellence, and brand experience for our trend-forward, youthful women’s apparel brand. You will spend 4 days a week on the road working directly with store teams on the sales floor. Beyond weekly high-touch coaching visits, you will lead a comprehensive quarterly deep-dive audit for every store in your district to align visual standards, inventory depth, talent mapping, and P&L performance. Key Responsibilities Sales Generation & Performance Management Drive Top-Line Sales: Own district P&L performance, consistently achieving and exceeding KPI targets (Sales Revenue, Conversion, UPT, ATV, and Payroll/Labor Efficiency). Store Optimization: Analyze store-level sales metrics weekly to identify trends, opportunity areas, and actionable strategies to maximize foot traffic and sales performance. Quarterly Store Deep Dives: Conduct structured, full-day quarterly store audits evaluating operational integrity, visual merchandising, stockroom flow, talent strength, and financial performance. Customer Experience: Ensure every store delivers a vibrant, fast-paced, and engaging shopping environment tailored to our youthful customer base. Leadership & Talent Development Recruit & Retain Top Talent: Source, hire, and onboard high-performing Store Managers who thrive in a fast-fashion, trend-conscious environment. In-Store Coaching: Spend 4 days a week traveling to stores to conduct shoulder-to-shoulder coaching, driving a high-performance sales culture. Succession Planning: Build a strong bench of internal talent by actively developing Store Managers and Assistant Managers for future growth opportunities. Visual Merchandising & Operations Brand Execution: Ensure visual standards, floor sets, window displays, and promo executions strictly align with corporate brand guidelines and resonate with our demographic. Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory control, loss prevention, shrink targets, and audit compliance across all locations. Cross-Functional Partnering: Serve as the liaison between store teams and corporate partners (Merchandising, HR, Visual, and Operations) to provide actionable feedback on product reception and inventory needs. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership (District Manager or Senior District Manager) within women’s apparel, fast fashion, or specialty retail. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of driving double-digit sales growth, turnaround performance, and achieving sales targets across multiple locations. Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel 4 days per week within the region, including overnight stays as required. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of retail math, P&L management, scheduling optimization, and inventory management. Leadership Style: High-energy, hands-on, and passionate about mentoring teams on the sales floor. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or equivalent field experience preferred.
