We’re looking for a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead commercial retail projects throughout Texas, Arkansas, and the Southwest. You’ll take ownership of gas station builds and retail renovations while working with a growing commercial construction team.

What You’ll Own

• Run retail projects from kickoff through closeout
• Lead subcontractors, schedules, safety, and daily field operations
• Maintain project quality and keep schedules moving
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and trade partners

What You Bring

• 3+ years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
• Retail, gas station, convenience store, or similar commercial projects preferred
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
• Willingness to travel throughout Texas, Arkansas & the Southwest
