A high-performing distribution center is looking for a leader who can coach a team, improve operations, and create an environment where productivity follows great leadership.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading daily warehouse operations
• Driving safety, productivity, and quality
• Using WMS data to improve performance
• Developing and coaching warehouse associates
• Partnering with leadership on staffing and operational planning

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience
• WMS experience in a distribution environment
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• A continuous improvement mindset
