Role Overview

The Head of Stores will serve as the executive lead over all retail operations, driving brand consistency, sales performance, operational excellence, and talent development across both corporate-owned locations and franchise stores.

This role requires a seasoned retail leader who excels at navigating the unique dynamic between corporate strategy and franchisee relations, overseeing end-to-end store operations, visual merchandising, local marketing initiatives, sign packages, and staff training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations, profitability (P&L), performance metrics, and compliance across corporate and franchise locations
• Develop and maintain SOPs for inventory management, POS technology, loss prevention, and customer service
• Serve as primary liaison between corporate leadership and franchise owners
• Define visual merchandising standards, planograms, and floor layouts
• Oversee store layouts for new openings, remodels, and retrofits
