Title: Production Manager
Location: Central Michigan
A growing food and beverage manufacturer is looking for a Production Manager to help lead operations at a facility in Central Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to join a site that recently underwent a transformation and is focused on building a high-performance, customer-driven culture.
What You’ll Lead:
- Report directly to the Plant Manager
- Lead supervisors and approximately 80 production employees
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and daily operational execution
- Build accountability, urgency, and strong floor leadership
- Partner with maintenance, quality, and sanitation to maximize performance
About the Facility:
- Non-union environment
- Food and beverage manufacturing
- Two production lines
- Modernized equipment
Ideal Background:
- Food and beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading large, retail-focused manufacturing operations with a strong sense of urgency and customer focus
- Proven success developing teams and driving operational excellence in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
