Our client is a well known, respected, and award winning 3PL/Transportation organization. Candidates that come from a high-volume dedicated transportation background will be highly preferred especially in the grocery and retail industry. This individual will be responsible for managing a $30M budget and leading a team of 10 salaried leaders and 200 drivers across multiple facilities/clients.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee all operations of the region
– Train and develop Supervisors and Managers
– Drive KPI performance and cost-reduction strategies
– Foster a safety first culture
– Build and foster relationships with customers

MUST Haves:

– 10+ years of transportation/logistics experience; 3+ years in a multi site Manager or Director role
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Has overseen large budgets
– Strategic thinker and can execute on high level company initiatives
