Description:
We’re working with a top food and beverage organization in search of a high caliber Plant Manager near Greensboro, NC. Candidates must come from the F&B, grocery, or dairy industry on the production side of the business. This is a well run facility looking for a leader to bring things to the next level.
This individual will lead a team of 2 managers, 6 supervisors, and 200 hourly associates.
Responsibilities:
– Plans, directs, and oversees all production and cooler operations
– Full P&L and budget responsibilities
– Needing someone that’s tech savvy with excellent communication skills
– Stable and growing company offering the opportunity for upward mobility
Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience
– Excellent leadership and developmental abilities
