Maintenance Manager, Automation
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead daily activities of our Maintenance Department, focusing on Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. You will manage automated systems, oversee maintenance operations, and ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise maintenance staff, assigning tasks and scheduling.
– Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts with internal teams and customers.
– Implement continuous improvement and operational excellence practices.
– Manage inventory of materials, parts, and supplies.
– Ensure compliance with safety standards and perform safety training.
– Develop maintenance employees through coaching and professional development.
Qualifications:
– Associate degree or equivalent in electronics, automation, or a related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
– 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
– Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
– Strong electro-mechanical skills and preventive maintenance experience.
– Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and electrical/mechanical systems.
– Ability to work independently and respond to urgent needs.
