Title: Inventory Control Manager

Blair, NE

Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000 + Bonus

Seeking Growth-Minded Inventory Control Manager!

A dynamic and expanding discount retail company is looking for talented individuals ready to grow as Inventory Control Manager for their NEW distribution center in Blair, NE.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize all inventory control aspects of the distribution center

• Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment

• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits

• Supervise a team of inventory control specialists

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies

• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in inventory management

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Experience with inventory control software and systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Open and flexible on shift

Please note: The ideal candidate will have experience in a tri-temp environment and experience with perishable items. However, these are not strictly required qualifications.
