Engineering Manager – Plant expansion

Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000

Location: Southern Indiana

ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

Our client is expanding in Southern Indiana. Their new state-of-the-art expansion will be where groundbreaking ideas become reality for an Engineering Manager and other engineers. Their contract unrelated to automotive will provide long term stability. As a leading player in the industry, they are seeking a talented Engineering Manager with extensive automation experience in an expansion to join their client’s dynamic team and contribute to the creation of the highly automated metal fabricated and welded assembled products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Develop, lead and optimize the emerging engineering team for their metal fabricated components and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and welded assemblies in manufacturing.

WHAT CRITERIA YOU’LL NEED TO LAND THIS JOB:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
