You will be assisting the Merchant in utilizing customer and industry knowledge to identify opportunities for new product and strategies to drive sales growth. Along with building product and fabric roadmaps, you will work cross functionally to develop products that meet target margins and finalize assortment, colors, sizing and pricing.

If the following list of requirements meet your skill level this could be the job for you!
– 1-3 years Merchandising experience within a corporate retail setting
– Demonstrated success in managing and growing a business
– Proven track record of success in full cycle private label creating product lines across channels
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
