Responsibilities:

– Plans, directs, and oversees all warehouse/operational functions
– Developing great relationships with hourly associates
– Monitor KPI metrics and analyze operational variables and implement solutions that positively impact performance
– Ensures on-time delivery of products and services
– Ensures warehouse operations meet or exceed safety and regulatory standards

Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience in the logistics field
– Exceptional communication skills
– Excellent leadership abilities
– Time management
– Confident decision maker
