Along with merchandising and floor moves, this person will be leading a team within their store and will be responsible for delivering results; sales forecasting, inventory control and payroll management.

  - Specialty Store leadership experience as a Team Lead or Store Manager
  - Experience in leading a customer service focused team in a specialty retail apparel, homegoods, sporting goods, etc..
  - Strong systems skillset including Microsoft Office Software and POS systems
  - Strong change management, merchandising, customer service training, team development and operations skill set with a track record of success in leading teams through change
  - BS or MBA in a related field or comparable years of experience in a retail operations role
