  Position: Warehouse Supervisor
  
  Location: Portland, OR
  
  Compensation: $75k-$85k on a base + bonus
  
  Description:
  
  Our client is an industry leading Food/Beverage/Grocery distributor across the US. We're searching for a Warehouse Supervisor to come in and lead a high performing team of 25-30 associates. This is a multi-billion dollar organization that is proven to provide great upward mobility coming in at this level.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Oversees daily shift operations; overseeing all aspects of the warehouse (shipping, receiving, selecting, etc.)
  - Effectively motivate and lead a high performing team of 20-30 in a fast paced warehouse environment
  - Establish and hit on company KPI's (daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly)
  - Implement new process improvement strategies
  - Participate in the implementation of departmental budgets
  
  MUST Haves:
  
  - 3+ years of supervisory experience
  - Bachelor's degree preferred
  - Has budget and P&L experience
  - Strategic thinker and can execute on high level company initiatives
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Excellent communication and leadership skills
  - Systems savvy
  - Excellent problem solving skills
  - Ability to inspire and develop future leaders
  - Strong customer service skills
