  Location: Columbus, OH

  They have a District Manager opening in the Columbus, OH region. This position will manage a team within the District consisting of 7-9 Stores. Due to YOY rapid growth of the company there is ample opportunity for growth within this organization!

  - Specialty Stores multi-unit experience at the DM level
  - Experience in leading a customer service focused team in a specialty retail apparel, homegoods, sporting goods, etc..
  - Strong systems skillset including Microsoft Office Software and POS systems
  - Strong change management, merchandising, customer service training, team development and operations skill set with a track record of success in leading teams through change
  - BS or MBA in a related field or comparable years of experience in a multi-unit retail operations role
