  Our client is a top three U.S. supply chain organization in their space. With roots dating back over 100 years, our client is still one of the fastest growing supply chain companies in the world. This organization places a premium on strong leaders, technology and customer service.
  
  We are searching for a DC Operations Supervisor to lead a team of between 40-50 associates. Candidates that have managed larger teams of direct reports will be highly preferred. This organization offers very strong growth opportunities for motivated leaders.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Leading inbound and outbound operations of a large, fast paced e-commerce fulfillment center
  - Motivate and lead a large and high performing team
  - Work cross-functionally with all departments
  - Analyze KPI reports and make strategic decisions to improve results
  
  MUST Haves:
  
  - 3+ years of leadership experience in a distribution setting
  - Has overseen large teams of hourly team members
  - E-commerce distribution experience
  - Strong experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
  - High upside to grow in your career
