  Position: Industrial Engineer
  
  Location: Tampa Bay, FL
  
  Pay: $100,000-125,000 + bonus
  
  Shift: Monday-Friday
  
  Description:
  
  Come join an industry leading supply chain company in a very exciting role. The Industrial Engineer role allows you to use your technical skills in a warehouse, cross dock, packaging, transportation and omnichannel fulfillment environment.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Conduct time studies, business profile analysis and other tasks in order to understand the business from all angles
  - Ensure cost cutting measures are strategic and effective for the business, associates, and our customers
  - Optimize slotting of warehouses
  - Perform special projects as needed and assigned
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - Bachelor's Degree is required
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD LT
  - Be familiar with various WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
  - Minimum of five years experience supporting and implementing logistics processes
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Industry leading leadership skills
  - Knowledge of and skilled in blueprint and schematic reading.
  - Strong problem solving skills
  - Ability to train and motivate
