  - Off Price or Value Price Buying or Category Manager experience .
  
  - 5+ years’ experience in Buying or Merchandising experience within a large volume retail business
  
  - Track record of success in negotiating pricing and developing a profitable merchandise mix utilizing forecasting, inventory management and assortment planning
  
  - Flexible and adaptable team player with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  
  - Bachelor's Degree preferred
