  Position: Transportation Supervisor

  Our client is looking for a high performing Transportation Supervisor for their Seattle Division. This company is a top beverage distributor and have had great growth over the last 40 years. If you are a hands on leader and are looking to join an organization where you are valued and can make a difference this will be the company and position for you.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Leading a transportation department of 35 drivers
  - Meeting and exceeding company departmental standards and metrics
  - Train staff on safety procedures
  - Coaching and developing of drivers, admin and other supervisors
  - Working cross functionally with sales, operations and customer service
  
  MUST Haves:
  
  - 3+ years transportation supervisory/management experience
  - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  - Valid Driver's License
  - Strong knowledge of DOT regulations
  - Strong track record of exceeding expectations
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Knowledge of transportation management systems
  - Strong analytical and budgetary skills
  - Servant Leadership mentality
