  This well-known fashion retail company has a newly created role for a Talent Acquisition Leader for their Corporate and Field teams. They are looking for 5 - 10 years of hands on talent acquisition experience at corporate level as an Talent Acquisition Business Partner to the recruiting and HR team

  - 7 - 10+ years of experience over the talent acquisition process recruiting and onboarding top talent at the corporate level in a fast paced corporate retail environment
  - Experience recruiting top talent in corporate retail roles such as merchandising, planning, marketing, digital/ecomm, supply chain, distribution, finance, etc..
  - Strong recruiting skills across Linked In and other Social Media Platforms plus strong relationships building skills across HR, Senior Leadership, and outside services and institutions
  - Applicant Tracking System experience
  - Bachelors Degree plus knowledge of HR policy procedures related to recruiting along with TA administration experience strongly preferred
