  Senior Manager Store and Space Planning
  
  A newly created position has just become available with a well-known specialty retailer! They are looking for a Senior Manager level candidate with experience in new store concept store planning, space planning, and development. This position will own end to end project management for large scale store builds and new store concepts and launches for multiple brands!
  
  If you have senior level experience in store planning and development with additional experience with Revit, AutoCAD and MS Visio, Access, Excel and PowerPoint this fun and amazing new opportunity could be yours!

  If you have the following credentials a new and exciting opportunity awaits you:
  
  - Leadership experience in Store Planning, Space Planning and New Store end to end Project Management
  - 7 - 10+ years of experience in a variety of complex large and small box retail formats
  - Strong strategic mindset, creative skillset and analytical skills
  - Advance technical skills with AutoCAD, MS Suite (Access, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Rivet
  - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Design preferred
