  Position: Industrial Engineer
  
  Location: Indianapolis, IN
  
  Pay: $80,000- $100,000
  
  Shift: Monday-Friday
  
  Description:
  
  Come join an industry leading supply chain company in a very exciting role. The Engineer is responsible for analysis and utilization of continuous improvement tools to design Supply Chain Solutions in current and future operations.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Conducts transportation /logistics studies and/or time studies to develop standards
  - Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPI) measures
  - Uses Lean Six sigma tools (5s and 5whys)
  - Recommends continuous improvement opportunities
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - Bachelor's Degree is required
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD LT
  - Be familiar with various WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
  - Minimum of five years experience supporting and implementing logistics processes
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Industry leading leadership skills
  - Knowledge of and skilled in blueprint and schematic reading.
  - Strong problem solving skills
  - Ability to train and motivate
