  Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Legal Management

  Salary Range: 200K and up plus bonus, benefits, long term incentives and relocation
  
  This Multi-Channel publicly traded Retailer is on the search for a Senior Vice President of Human Resources with 15+ years of experience as a generalist in Human Resources and additional experience in Legal and administrative or operational management experience.
  
  They are looking for you if you have experience working for a publicly traded retailer at the SVP or VP level and have experience in reporting directly into C-Level executives. The right candidate will have HR generalist experience along with experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategies, Compensation, Benefits, Workers Compensation, Legal, General Liability, HR System development, Training, Customer Service, Diversity and Associate Relations. Advanced experience in Change Management a plus.

  · 15+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition with upward progression within a multi-channel retail or retail/wholesale environment.
  · Strong leadership skills with experience in change management
  · Strong knowledge for the US job in ERISA, ACA, Title VII, payroll, OSHA, FSLA, FMLA, and other laws and regulations.
  · SHRM preferred a
  · Experience with Legal Management and a valid Law License is a plus
  · Master's Degree preferred in a related industry
