  - Merchandising experience with strong private label experience in a fast paced environment
  - Experience at the Merchant or Buyer level for Private Label Athletic Apparel OR Experience in Ladies, Juniors or Kids Apparel if you have personal experience in Dance or Gymnastics
  - Proven track record of success in full cycle private label creating product lines across channels
  - Excellent financial acumen, communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally
