  They have created a new Regional VP in the Philadelphia region. This position will manage a team within the District consisting of District Managers and Store Managers. Due to YOY rapid growth of the company there is ample opportunity for growth within this organization!

  - Specialty Stores multi-unit experience at the Regional Director or Senior Director level.
  - Experience in leading a customer service focused team in a specialty retail apparel, homegoods, sporting goods, etc..
  - Strong systems skillset including Microsoft Office Software and POS systems
  - Strong change management, merchandising, customer service training, team development and operations skill set with a track record of success in leading teams through change
  - BS or MBA in a related field or comparable years of experience at the Director, Senior Director, Regional or VP level in a multi-unit environment
